Student
Finance Association
The Kansas State Student
Finance Association is a student group organized to provide both current
and prospective finance students the opportunity to meet with persons
having a common interest in finance. It provides an opportunity to become
acquainted with business men and women employed in the fields of financial
management, banking, insurance, and other finance related occupations,
thereby strengthening the ties between executives in business and students
preparing to enter business. Such contact may encourage students to choose
a career within the field of finance. The SFA's activities are planned,
organized, and directed by students. Students gain skills and experience
in these areas of management preparing them for their future roles as
professional financial managers.
