Scholarship Information

The deadline for accounting scholarship applications is February 1. Applications will be accepted between November 1 and February 1. You will be contacted if you receive a scholarship, please do not call the department office. Last year over $81,000 was distributed to 58 recipients.

Criteria for Continuing and Transfer Students:

  • 3.5 GPA
  • Full-time student (12 or more hours)
  • Majoring in Accounting
  • Attend accounting scholarship banquet in the fall semester
  • If the application is not fully completed and signed, it will not be considered
  • Return completed application to the Accounting Department office, Calvin 109

Criteria for Entering Freshmen:

  • 3.6 GPA from high school
  • Full-time student (12 or more hours)
  • Majoring in Accounting
  • Attend accounting scholarship banquet in the fall semester
  • If the application is not fully completed and signed, it will not be considered
