Each semester the StudentFirst Enewsletter features a student that best exhibits the true spirit of the CBA. This semester the spotlight focuses on Ana Miller, a junior in general management and international studies, minor in German and a certificate in international business. Ana and her friend, Jessica Simons, a senior in human ecology, pre-nursing spent last summer in Botswana, Africa. Upon returning to campus in the fall they created The Project, a student-to-student educational sponsorship program to help orphans in Botswana. |

JOIN US FOR TELEFUND! After receiving a record amount in donations last year, students and faculty of the CBA will again be volunteering for the annual Telefund phone-a-thon. As always, 100% of the money raised will go to CBA student scholarships but we cannot attain our goal of $275,000 without your help! So sign up through your business organization to earn an additional $5/hr for your student group. If you are not currently affiliated with any business clubs or organizations you may sign up in Calvin Hall 107 or online through the following link http://www.found.ksu.edu/telefund/contact.HTML . Telefund takes place Sunday Feb. 10 through Thursday 14 at the KSU Foundation Building on 2323 Anderson Ave from 5 to 9 p.m. Dinner will be served and various gifts and prizes will be given away including laptop computers and a 2008 Nissan Versa (pictured above). See you there!
