Declaring Your Major in General Business Administration
In order to declare a degree plan (major) in general business administration, students must first begin in the BAPP Program. Students must apply through the Division of Continuing Education to enter the Bachelor's Degree Completion Program.  Students may enter the general business administration degree plan upon meeting the following requirements:

  • At least 45 credit units (includes K-State units and transfer work)
  • At least 2.3 overall K-State GPA on 12 or more units at K-State

Graduation Requirements
In addition to the general business administration requirements listed above, all GENBA students must complete BAPP requirements.

A minimum of 126 semester hours of credit must be completed to qualify for graduation.  A minimum of 30 K-State credit hours are required, and 20 of the last 30 hours must be from K-State.  The minimum grade point average required for graduation is 2.0.
