Management Information Systems (MIS)
Declaring Your Major in MIS
In order to declare a degree plan (major) in MIS, students must first begin in the BAPP Program. A student may enter the MIS degree plan upon meeting the following requirements:
- At least 45 credit units (includes K-State and transfer work)
- At least 2.5 K-State GPA on 12 or more units at K-State
- Completion of MANGT 367 with a grade of C or better

^Any course numbered 100 level or above for credit by a University department. MIS students are encouraged to take CIS 200, CIS 300 and MANGT 653 for their unrestricted electives.
